The Project kick off and set up can be divided into 3 parts: Introduction, refining and planning.

Introduction

The agenda here is focused on roles, responsibilities and tools. The roles and responsibilities of the team are identified. Tools which we use normally include Jira and Jira dashboard. All work is coordinated with members of the team at all steps.

Refining

In this refinement stage any product backlog items are created. These have clear requirements and are prioritized.

Planning

TThis involves planning work for sprints. Definitions of work done and work ready are clearly defined amongst all team members.

The project kick-off process involves setting the rules to be followed and planning the work to do.
